The interview procedure follows two steps:
Accenture came to my college as part of on-campus placements. Firstly, you have to apply for the job, the details of which are provided by the company well in advance. The eligibility criteria for our college were CGPA 6.5+.
After applying, you get a link for a test on some basic behavioral tests, English, and general knowledge of sorts. Everyone clears it mostly.
Then, after some days, the company came to our college and conducted the online test. It consisted of basic logical reasoning, quants, English, and pseudocode. The catch was that if we cleared this exam, we would get a chance to take a test for the Full Stack Engineer profile, which consisted of two hardcore coding questions. I cleared the first test and attempted the second one, but unfortunately, I couldn't clear it.
So, I was called for an interview for the ASE profile the next day.
The interview process was more like a group discussion round. Four to five students were called in batches, and the interviewers were pretty chilled out. I cleared that and received a job offer from the company some days later.
None of the technical questions were asked. We were just discussing basic life problems and situations.
Questions were like:
They basically tested if you were confident enough to talk about things and if you knew good English. The interview was pretty chilled out.
