Cons: Lots of politics. Managers don't know how lower-level employees are working. Certain employees are favored by management, with no recognition for others.

Pros: Lavish MNC work life, good infrastructure with modern facilities, and a good transport system.
Cons: Without your concern and knowledge, they can put you in any domain across any part of the world. After so much suffering, the work assigned to ASEs can be done by a school-going child. There is no or very little scope (for the few lucky fellows who manage to get good projects) of development for ASEs.
