Pros: Very few projects that can help you to grow as an individual.
Very few genuinely good leaders and seniors who help new joiners grow well. Lucky if you get one.
Cons: Lots of nonsense work.
Lots of politics.
Lots of useless people, who just drag others using their seniority to their advantage and do stuff that are highly against company policies, but hardly ever reported too.
