Pros: Great experience for someone who is still a student. I got to know about corporate culture and things that I can improve on.

Cons: Not much work is given to interns.

Cons: Mismanagement - You will feel like you are working in a govt. company. Such mismanagement that one department doesn't know the complete information about another. Less career growth - I don't know if you are put up in Testing, then there are high chances that you will end up, even after 3 years, working in "Pure Manual Testing".
