Pros: You have the possibility to learn everything you need to succeed in your career, whether within the company itself or somewhere else.
It has definitely been a great experience. The colleagues were great, the environment is healthy, and the projects challenging and formative.
Cons: Soft skills are way more important than hard skills, even in technology. Politics matter. Salaries are low.

Promotes upskilling a lot, but it really depends on your project assignment.
Amount of leaves given is good.
Cons: Everything is random here: your work location, your project assignment, and your technologies on which you will work.
The amount of free time you get really depends on your project.

Pros: Great initial training was provided on particular skills. This makes it easy for students from non-IT backgrounds to blend well in an IT company.
Cons: Project allocation is very unplanned and disorganized. Too many employees are kept on the bench for a long time.
