Process
Accenture's campus recruitment process typically consists of three to four rounds:
- Online Assessment: Includes aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, coding (for technical roles), and communication tests.
- Technical Interview: Covers programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, databases, and project discussions. CS/IT students may face coding questions.
- HR Interview: Focuses on behavioral questions, resume discussion, leadership skills, and cultural fit.
In the online assessment, if you clear the aptitude section first, then only you will be able to attempt the coding test.
Questions
It depends on the interviewer. In my case, they gave me situational questions. I think they were checking my communication and team-leading skills.

Lots of benefits!
Lots of activities outside the projects.
Cons: Homegrown salaries are lowballed compared to those outside Accenture. Experience is heavily dependent on your luck in landing good projects.

Pros: The training environment is quite good, and the facilities are high-end.
Training is extensive, ranging from over a period of 3 months for freshers to smaller programs for laterals.
The work environment is good, and fun-filled Fridays are the best days of the week.
It's a great place to network, given the variety of culture and knowledge around.
The workload is not much, but this leads to high competition among peers.
Cons: Preferred location is not given consideration.
If one is trained in one skill set, the chances are the project will be some entirely new technology.
Networking is more important than working.
Escalations/Promotions to management are biased.
