Pros: People follow good work ethics, and it is a technology-oriented company. I personally learned a lot from the company during my tenure as an Associate Software Engineer.
Cons: I wanted to learn more technologies so that I could grow, but as I was stuck to a particular project, I was not able to learn other technologies.
