Pros: Employee friendly, good work atmosphere, excellent infrastructure. EC has a wonderful campus. Regular exams to keep updated in the respective technology.
Cons: The increment rate is very low. The rating of the employee depends not only on the performance, but on the internal exams as well.

Pros: If you are a fresh graduate student seeking a job in software engineering, this is a good company to start.
You will learn many new skills that will be a great help if you plan to develop your career.
Salary is just okay if you are single.
It's a great place to work, and my co-workers are very helpful and nice.
Work is flexible. You can work in the office or at home.
Cons: I tried to apply internally, but I wasn't given an opportunity to level up my career.
