Employee friendly, good work atmosphere, excellent infrastructure. EC has a wonderful campus. Regular exams to keep updated in the respective technology.
The increment rate is very low. The rating of the employee depends not only on the performance, but on the internal exams as well.
Need to adopt to changing business scenarios and keep pace with service industry trends.
