At first, I cleared the aptitude round. It had both quantitative and qualitative aptitude questions. There was a timer set for this round.

Pros: 1. Very good work culture.
2. Great platform for freshers.
3. Good learning experience for freshers.
4. Good to start your career with.
5. Some projects are really good, as was mine. But if you land up in a support project, then may God bless you :p
Cons: 1. Salary for freshers. This is the only reason you will try for other opportunities.
2. Long working hours. Sometimes weekend work, but comp off is provided, so it's not a big deal.
