Pros: A great place for engineers looking for fresher jobs. The company is best to start with 0-1 years of experience.
It covers an extensive training period of 6 months. Most importantly, the workload is less, with Saturdays off.
Cons: You don't get your preferred location mostly. You may be sent to Bangalore or Hyderabad. Mumbaikars are mostly given Pune, so there's no such major problem. Relocation compensation is applicable. The package is much less and may drop after the training period too.

2. Work environment is good.
3. Cafeteria is very nice.
Cons: 1. No say on what stream you get, and you're stuck with it.
2. Management should be a little more employee-friendly and concerned with their betterment.
