Pros: When you work at Accenture, they can offer you many opportunities and a never-ending supply of training to take. It's a good working environment with amenities for each site. A huge number of people are willing to help in their field with great core values.
Cons: For some reason, if you land in a toxic/bad project, then that is a con.
