For some reason, if you land in a toxic/bad project, then that is a con.
Better management for a project and raises/bonuses.

Associate Software Engineer
After an aptitude test, interviews were conducted for shortlisted students. The rounds consisted of technical and HR rounds. Each round was an elimination round, where they tested our knowledge about basic programming languages.
