The interviewer was very rude and unprofessional.
He was seated on his bed with a pillow. He did not introduce himself and did not even properly listen to my answers. He just asked about my projects and some HR questions. Within 12 minutes, my interview was over. It was a very bad experience.

Pros: Good Salary (Depends on College/University you come from)
Good Growth and Management
Flexibility (Depends on Project, and Pre-Pandemic)
Cons: Too many OT (Post-pandemic, it almost became "Open Time" due to the length, also too much with the already 10-hour shift).
Bad geographic assignment (Someone as south as Muntinlupa gets assigned to Eastwood, and someone as north as Commonwealth can get assigned to Alabang).
