Pros: 1. If someone is able to get into the proper consulting domain, it is one of the best in the business.
2. Preferably join locations like Pune, Bangalore, or Mumbai.
Cons: 1. Low salary.
2. There's no option for growth.
3. Management is horrible and does nothing but play blame games, without doing any proper work or management.
