Process

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months.

The Accenture interview process consisted of three main stages:

  • The first was an online assessment round that included aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and basic coding questions.
  • Candidates who cleared that were invited for the technical interview, where I was asked about my academic projects, programming concepts such as OOPs, data structures, and some problem-solving questions.
  • The final round was an HR interview, which focused on my communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and reasons for wanting to join Accenture.

Overall, the process was smooth and well-organized, with interviewers being friendly and professional.

Questions

One of the main questions they asked me was to explain the difference between an abstract class and an interface in Java, and when to use each.

I explained that an abstract class can have both implemented and unimplemented methods, while an interface focuses on defining contracts for classes. Then I gave a short example from my project.
