Pros: The good thing about Accenture is their HR policies are very good, and the benefits are also comparable to other service-based companies. However, the primary issue is that learning opportunities are less, and the work becomes redundant. The type and amount of work will also depend on the project you are allotted, and the internal projects are relatively easier.

Cons: opportunity to learn current skills is less.

Pros: - Social community - Opportunities if you know the right people - Would only recommend to friends if I know they are workaholics

Cons: - People talk negatively about management and the company more often than positively, though management does not know this (or doesn't want to hear it). - The starter salary is on the low side but OK. - There is social pressure (many "optional" events). - Work/life balance can be tricky. Working 9 to 10 hours is normal (again: social pressure). - Management and schedulers hold back "details" (not so interesting parts) about projects if you don't ask about it. - No hotel or other arrangement is provided when on project in your home country, even though the distance might be farther than when working cross-border. - Many nice and skilled people leave (too soon) because of these factors. - Promotions are scarce and the procedure is vague.

Pros: All good in Accenture during my tenure.

Cons: No cons at all in Accenture.
