Full of false promises. After the interview, the recruiter "accidentally" updated my application in Workday as withdrawn, even though I made it clear in the interview that I was super eager. They then reached out to me via call, explaining the situation and even saying to wait as they said I passed. They just needed to find a project for me to go into. A month later, I reached out via text and email to no avail.
