Process
The HR ghosted me after saying they would open slots in October 2023. I tried reaching out multiple times via email, but I received no response.
A heads-up that I failed would have been appreciated and would put my mind at peace.
Questions
They only asked basic questions about myself and the projects I did in school.

Associate Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: You won't be running out of trainings in the company. They wouldn't want you to stay as entry-level employees; there is an opportunity to grow.
Cons: - Initial training was bad. Less than two weeks to learn a new language, then they expect you to be proficient in it immediately.
- Unpaid overtime.

Pros: If you’re someone like me who is unsure where to focus on in tech, this is the first company you should be with. Trainings are provided, and you are bound for lifelong learning. Some also are remote-based.
Cons: Long working hours. Work-life balance is not so much, since some managers will ask you to work overtime.
