The steps are quite easy, but their recruitment team is unprofessional and inefficient.

My experience is as follows:

First, you will fill out your information in their database.

After one week, you will have an assessment exam. The exam was quite difficult because of the time constraint on the "Gamified Exam," but the grammar part was easy.

If you passed the exam, you will have an HR interview, in which typical questions will be asked. During the interview, their HR representative was quite nice, and they said that they would contact you after two to three weeks for the final interview if you passed the HR interview.

It has been eight weeks already, but they haven't contacted me. The HR who interviewed me even blocked me on her cellphone. They are so unprofessional and quite disappointing, considering that they are an international company.

If they want to reject me, they should have informed me right away instead of leaving me hanging for their decision.

When I applied, I heard good things about the company, but I didn't know and was quite surprised that their HR is like this.

If they are swamped with applications, maybe it's better if they hire HR manpower first instead of posting for an opening in their engineering.

To sum it up, the process is easy but quite inefficient.
