Cons: You don't have a choice on which capability you will be trained in.

Pros: Good for fresh graduates and career shifters.

Cons: Less promotion, No OT pay

Pros: - They hire anyone regardless of background. - They provide free trainings of different skillsets. - Some IT certifications can be shouldered by the company. - You might end up in a project where hybrid (1x RTO per week) is allowed. - A decent company to start with, but do not stay for too long.

Cons: - Terrible resource management. - You can get pulled to a project randomly. - If you are lucky, you can get to a project whose skills can be useful even outside of Accenture. Some project skillsets are only useful when you're in Accenture. - Too many bench resources while constantly hiring. - Management always says there's little to no budget for salary increase, bonuses, and promotions while constantly hiring. - Salary is way too low for workloads way too high. - 10 working hours are required every day (1 hour unpaid lunch), which does not support work-life balance. - Employees are forced to increase days going to the office without an increase in salary or allowance; thus, work-life balance is not supported.
