Pros: Good environment, cab facility, open culture, no time boundation, perfectly organised processes, fair processes, good hierarchy, nice infrastructure, good shift allowance.
Cons: Lengthy process for even raising admin rights, low increments, bad cafeteria, rating system, lots of processes. Bad in terms of relocation.
