Very easy, straightforward, but a bit laborious in-person experience. I was given a space to take an in-person exam (online) to test my logical, speaking, and mathematical abilities. If you passed (based on the information I have learned, it is randomized), you will get an interview asking about your educational background, work background, skills, and your fit in the role. After a grueling stage of interviews, they told me to wait a maximum of a month for the update.
After waiting a while, I got an update, which was the job offer.
