Pros: People Office Events, I guess. Business Continuity Plan (example: COVID situation)

Cons: "Diamond" Projects have really good PMOs that really cut down project costs, hence, promotion/career development goes down the drain. The only project I've been on only has budget for hiring tons of entry-level people and little to no budget for promoting existing people. Lots of ASEs are given roles that are for higher career levels, with the reasoning "This will help you get promoted."

Cons: "Diamond" Projects have really good PMOs that really cut down project costs, hence, promotion/career development goes down the drain. The only project I've been on only has budget for hiring tons of entry-level people and little to no budget for promoting existing people. Lots of ASEs are given roles that are for higher career levels, with the reasoning "This will help you get promoted."
