Pros: The company does not work on bonds. That's probably the best thing.
Cons: In the interview process, they do consider your CGPA, regardless of what eligibility criterion they have visited your college.
For example, in our college, they were hiring at 6 CGPA, but after the whole process, they took the guys with 7.5 CGPA and above. So, yeah, make sure to keep your pointer high throughout your academics.
