The company does not work on bonds. That's probably the best thing.
In the interview process, they do consider your CGPA, regardless of what eligibility criterion they have visited your college.
For example, in our college, they were hiring at 6 CGPA, but after the whole process, they took the guys with 7.5 CGPA and above. So, yeah, make sure to keep your pointer high throughout your academics.
