I attended the off-campus drive in August 2021. After the cognitive and coding exam results, they will call you for an interview based on merit. It was a very chill and frank interview session. Most of the time, they focus on how you are interacting with them. They asked me mostly HR questions. Just be confident in what you are saying.

Q: What was your role in the project?

Q: Were there any conflicts in your project? If yes, what did you do to resolve them?

Q: Have you done any certifications?

Q: They will give real-life situations and ask you how you will handle them. They asked me, "Suppose you are a team leader and you have to meet the deadline of a project, but some guys in your group aren't doing their job. What will you do to complete the project before the deadline?"
