Process

The interview process was easy. Firstly, there was an online assessment consisting of MCQs on English, logical reasoning, abstract reasoning, critical reasoning, MS Office, networks, cloud computing, and pseudo-code. After this round, if you are selected for the next round, it will be a coding round where 2 easy-medium level coding questions are asked. If you clear this as well, then you are called for an online interview where basic HR questions are expected.

Cons: Internal politics where we cannot take a step for work-life management. Worst HRs... no respect for individuals. HRs feel themselves as gods and try to harsh people on their weak points, especially in case of transfer requests.
