Internal politics where we cannot take a step for work-life management. Worst HRs... no respect for individuals. HRs feel themselves as gods and try to harsh people on their weak points, especially in case of transfer requests.
Don't leave all the rights with HRs. Try to appoint someone to monitor HRs. At least that time, you can stop resources from quitting Accenture.
