The interview was for campus students, and nearly around 250 students participated in it. The interview had three major rounds - Written, Group Discussion, and HR round. Students with an aggregate of 75% in HSC and College University exams were permitted to attend a direct HR interview. Other students had to attend all three rounds to pass the interview.

Pros: Good health policies, WFH, some projects have great work-life balance. Teams are generally supportive.

Cons: There are some projects that have terrible managers with micromanagement policies, night shifts and morning shifts in every week's rotation. The tech stack is difficult to change, and promotions are not so frequent.
