Accenture - 90% of projects are for support, and 10% of projects are for development
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Banga, India

Pros: Shift/on-call allowance. Other than these, you would find nothing.
Cons: I do not recommend you join this company. Most of the projects are of a support kind. You should be ready to relocate to ANY location if the current project gets over. You will definitely lose your technical knowledge if you work here for one year. On-call support, 10 hours of work, threatening managers, and here comes the most important one: you should be ready for a night shift.
