Pros: They give you lots of opportunities to try different roles and to train on new technologies.
They provide lots of mentoring and wellness support, and they also create community.
Cons: Not always a lot of support on a current project, and you have to manage upwards a lot. Even with all the opportunities to find community, it still can be difficult with the remote working and largeness of the company.
