The company provides many employee benefits, including free Microsoft and other certifications that you can opt for.
I learned new Office 365 technologies and had the chance to train freshers during the ASE Training conducted by Accenture.
Cons: A salary hike, promotions, and less resource management in a project can create problems in one's career growth and development.
