Process
The interview had 3 rounds:
- An initial call with the recruitment HR.
- A technical discussion with 2 interviewers.
- A final discussion with the Requirement MD.
The tech interview was a discussion on existing projects, the technology you have worked with, a cloud provider, and data architect questions.
The final interview with the MD consists of a Case Study in which you are required to apply your knowledge of the industry to make business decisions. You may need to prepare well for this, as it is purely dependent on your experience. Plenty of resources are available online.
The interview process was smooth, with an extremely co-operative requirement team providing time-to-time follow-up and feedback.
