I recently had the unfortunate experience of interviewing for a position with an individual who exhibited highly unprofessional conduct. To put it plainly, the interview left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable and belittled. I feel compelled to share my experience to shed light on the negative aspects of this interview.

Right from the beginning, the interviewer's demeanor was notably arrogant and condescending. They made no effort to create a welcoming or inclusive environment, immediately setting a tone of superiority. This created an atmosphere that was anything but conducive to a productive conversation.

Throughout the interview, the interviewer consistently belittled my skills and achievements. They seemed more interested in undermining my abilities rather than genuinely assessing my fit for the position. Their tone was dismissive and derogatory, leaving me feeling demoralized and inadequate. This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but also completely disrespectful to any interviewee.
