Cons: In my personal experience, my career growth was not good.

Pros: Quick exposure to lots of technology, and if you are in an alright team, it's smooth.

Cons: No promotion, no pay raise, no leaves in an entire year. On paper, health insurance deductible, but no word from the management. Everything's hush-hush deals and totally not transparent. They work you like donkeys and pay you like donkeys as well.

Pros: - Solid multinational corporation - Opportunity to learn a lot, but only if assigned to challenging projects.

Cons: All the company's profitability is based on having a host of underpaid slaves. Salaries are in line with the national average, but only if you are willing to negotiate hard enough and have the required skills. Promotions and raises are decided by closed committees in a non-transparent process, and usually, those who have insisted the most are rewarded, not those who actually deserve it. Even if you perform well on the project(s) and get positive feedback, you won't be recognized for anything until you break your superiors' *****.
