The interview scheduling process was very slow. I had to book interview slots almost every week for nearly a month before my interview was finally scheduled on 22 July. After the interview, there has been no response from the HR team. Emails go unanswered, and phone calls are not picked up. Regardless of whether a candidate is selected or rejected, they deserve a proper update. Better communication and timely feedback would greatly improve the overall candidate experience.
