I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks.

The interview process is not transparent. I got a call from the agency, hence I applied, and got calls from different HR people, but they did not explain about the role or anything. When we call, nobody is picking up the call. Only the interviewer was really good and it went well.

Currently, I am working as a technical manager, but the job title is starting level. There is no POC to call and clarify. When we call the help desk, it will keep going on for more than 30 minutes.

Seems like it will be one-way communication. Every time different HR people keep asking us only, and nobody is answering our queries like role, designation, etc.
