Submitted a resume to AFS and had a phone screen the next day. Had two technical interviews with team members over the next week. A month later, I haven't heard a decision. It has been nearly impossible to get anything from the recruiter. I was told a voicemail was left on my phone, and when I responded saying I hadn't received a voicemail, I received nothing back. The interview process was great, but since then, it has been highly unprofessional. At the time of the posting, I have not heard a decision.
