Cons: Falta de transparência na PL e nas progressões. Projetos ruins e "go horse". Liderança da Acc não faz nada. VR/VA baixo.

Pros: The vast majority of people I've worked with were committed to deliverables. They cover costs and encourage obtaining certifications. 100% home office, with the possibility of going to the office if desired.

Cons: Remuneration, both salary and benefits, significantly below market. Your work experience depends on the project and team you are allocated to; some are great and others are hell, sometimes on the same project. They seem to have a good career plan at first glance, but even with several excellent performance reviews for years, you still don't get a raise/promotion. At most, they increase your bonus, which is a % of your salary, so it's not a big deal.

Pros: Good company, training, and others.

Cons: Difficulty in promotion if you are not part of the clique.
