I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months.
The process started for a specific location, and at the very last step they declared that that location had never existed. Cunningly, they replaced the job posting before June 7th, removing the location I had considered to avoid running into trouble.
They also have poor communication: I spoke with and passed 4 steps, talking to various levels of technical staff and different HR personnel, but there was a common factor: poor communication among them; they didn't even know the content of the conversations that had taken place between one step and the next.
On paper they might be a great company, but they proved to be a petty company with 30 employees. If they weren't capable of handling a selection process transparently, I have my doubts that one can grow there. After all, the rumors turned out to be true! Not recommended
