Pros: Flexible working hours and good teammates

Cons: Compensation is less as compared to work.

Pros: Work-life balance. Good place to learn. Nice management. Good hikes based on performance.

Cons: The only con is about the performance bonus. It should be transparent and should give at least as much as they can based on performance.

Pros: Respected company in the market. Absurd amount of clients.

Cons: Requesting in-person presence without any reason (the client does not require this). The company appears to be conducting a soft layoff. Using the excuse that the market is not positive, promotions are almost non-existent. Combining the below-average salary, few promotions, and the request for in-person presence without any reason, I believe the company is creating conditions for employees to seek other opportunities, while at the same time avoiding a negative perception in the market associated with a layoff.
