I applied online. The process took 3 months.
Job title was "React Developer". When I told them I can also do some work in the backend they were very excited. However, that escalated into me being demoted as a Level 11 Fullstack instead of Level 10 Frontend. Then they claimed they always wanted a Fullstack engineer and that I never applied for a frontend position.
Interview process was long and had to repeat things to 3 different people (managers/hr) on every session. There was also a shl test and a coding assignment that barely showed anything about the contestant.
Work hours are 10-6:30 (30 minutes break during your work hours) which I find kinda funny. They could also not be clear on what area of Athens I would be working and work days from office went from 2 to 3 mid interview process.
Salary was not competitive considering other offers that I currently have. I declined it.
