Pros: Good quality of people in most projects.
High capacity to learn new technologies (depends on the project).
Cons: - Promotions and bonuses you have to fight to the death to get them. It doesn't matter how well you do your job; it all depends on whether there's an available spot to move up and if they don't have someone else they want to give it to.
- They only realize your worth when you say you're going to quit.
