Pros: De nombreux avantages existent chez Accenture, notamment en ce qui concerne la rémunération (PEE, intéressement, participation, prime annuelle, et vacances), ainsi qu'un très fort investissement dans la formation.
Cons: Parfois, un engagement très fort est attendu dans le cadre de projets de delivery sous forte pression, et parfois un manque de support du management de programme.
