Multi-stage hiring process. I have completed the first two (introductory/technical interview and manager interview).
As a recent graduate, I was asked to talk about my university path, and then they presented me with the company's various activities, subsequently asking me which one I would have liked to join.
They were clear in making me understand that the hours are very flexible and there are no paid overtime hours.
