I was first reached out by a recruiter, who then directed me to an online test, which was multiple choice. It was very long with limited time. Once I passed this test, I was invited to a face-to-face interview with some staff. They asked questions about Java's features, like abstract classes, interfaces, unit testing, etc. Overall, it was easy.
