Java Enterprise Developer Interview Experience - India

Process

I interviewed at Accenture in March 2021.

The first round was an online assessment consisting of Java MCQs.

After that, I received a call informing me that I had cleared the first round and had to appear for an interview.

The next day, I had technical, managerial, and HR rounds. I was informed that I cleared those as well.

The day after, they asked me to upload multiple documents.

After that, I didn't hear anything from them.

Upon following up numerous times, they called me in June and informed me that I didn't clear the online assessment round, based on which they had taken my interview.

The whole process was a joke.
