Process

I applied through other source.

The interviewers was not aware it's interview for enterprise developer and started asking Q related to front end. Later, when I corrected him that job description say it's for enterprise development developer, then he told me, "Oh okay, but you should have this knowledge too." That was really very unprofessional.

Questions

How you use Angular in your project, explain internal working of Kafka, these both questions were not related to the job profile I applied for.

Pros: Accenture is great for freshers to start their career. It provides a great working environment and work culture. There is less or no pressure on freshers, and they get ample room to grow and increase their technical skills.

Cons: Cons: Totally dependent on the project. If the project is good, you will fly to the US/UK within 1.5 years. If not, you might have to sit without going onshore for many years. Company size is so big that you will have to make great efforts to get recognition.
