People from HR were great, and it was a pleasure to talk with them. The technical interview was a bit worse, but still fine. The interview was a bit long (2 hours), but I was feeling fine during it.

Pros: - Good for a start, you can learn a lot. Basically, they throw you in the deep water.
- A lot of workshops and courses to get knowledge.
Cons: - Extremely low salaries compared to the market (they sell you as a DevOps Engineer but pay you as an Analyst).
- Overtime and time pressure.
- A lot of people in high positions with mediocre technical knowledge.
